I haven't seen much of Robben to tell how good he is but imo, if the asking price was £15m then I'd have told PSV to 
off as well. We may not have offered enough but if I had a choice between Joaquin for £15m-£20m and Robben for what Chelsea paid then Joaquin would've been my choice. This is in no way saying that we'll be getting Joaquin instead. 
Seems that team like to try an rip us off, from PSV to PSG but I'd rather not get involved with it and let Chelsea get them at twice their real value. While Abramovich can afford that it's not good business sense and I get the feeling that Abramovich got into Chelsea for money rather than football.
It's disappointing when you lose out on players but I'd rather let them go elsewhere than pay that much more than they are worth. No single player is irreplaceable at the end of the day and I think our money could be better spent than £15m for Robben, who will find himself on Chelsea's bench more often than not.
