Its been quiet in terms of transfer rumours for a while now. The Guardian said that Dortmund rejected a bid for Kagawa. If thats the case, I suppose we will submit an improved offer because the initial one was relatively small. I'm surprised other teams do not seem that interested in him. He had a fantastic season and his contract is ending soon. We better act fast before other teams start bidding for him. I prefer Kagawa than Hazard TBH.

I disagree, when we bought Ronaldo he didn't make a squeak. Certainly didn't turn his transfer into a 2 week long american idol contest. He didn't demand to be one of the highest paid players at the club, nor did he ask to be a starter right away.

And even after he said that the top 3 players in the world are Ronaldo, Ronaldo and himself, he still didn't try to turn his signature into a competition. He gave us a great 5 years, demand the best from every one and was very upfront that his dream is to play for Real Madrid no matter what cost. Chelsea offered more money and Barcelona were offering more titles and he still went for the team he always wanted to play for.

Ronaldo is a very loyal player, you can't compare him to level 5 mercenary like Hazard, who is 21, unproven at the very top level and already demanding to be treated like a king. No comparison there. Ronaldo is arrogant, but loyal. Hazard, I see him moving on at the first sing of struggle.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully he is as good of an AM as people say he is, we desperately need someone with quick accurate passing and strength to keep the ball.

Kagawa would be fantastic but I hope he adapts to the game if he comes. He made 15 assists this season, second to Ribery who made 16. He scored 17 goals in all competitions as well which would be a plus.

what you talking about? They got around the same amount of assists and goals, the difference Kagawa plays in a far better league and does far better Internationally.

Hazards twitter fixation just added to the media hype. Compare him with Kagawa who's been relatively silent. Not that I blame hazard for trying to drive his price up.

Eden Hazard: 192 apps, 50 goals and 38 assists.
Shinji Kagawa: 198 apps, 86 goals and 45 assists.

You could argue that Kagawa was playing in Japan, but if you look at the last two seasons

Eden Hazard: 100 apps, 34 goals and 26 assists.
Shinji Kagawa: 71 apps, 29 goals and 15 assists. (I'm pretty sure Kagawa actually got 19 goals this season which puts them even closer with 30 less games)

Less games, better league, half the price, great attitude, loves the English league = no brainer

It's clear that Hazard is a mega-level troll of the media, but I'm 100% sure it's down to his agent, and his agent is trying to get him the best deal possible. And he's done that. You can complain all you want, if I were able to command those wages I wouln't hesitate to do it.
