Scout, scout, scout. There are plenty around. Just not the big names. If I look in the dutch league AZ's Joris Mathijssen comes to mind. Now even an Oranje regular.

Before Giggs renewed his contract, Rio was always given the armband when Keane was not on the pitch. Although Rio is not the most experienced player in the team, i think he is suitable as Giggs doesnt speak much on the pitch.

i think you are all blowing these rio contract talks way out of proportion. please point me to one world class player whose contract extention talks have lasted less than a few months and havent asked for more money. i can tell you now that you are goning to be hard pressed to find one.

sure rio's agent said he should be earning 120k a week. so what, thats what they would like, stilll doesnt mean thats what they are going to get. the agent is just using the media.

rio and ManU will reach an agreement but like every other contract renegotiation it aint going to happen over night.

maybe getting figo for a year would be good cause it would make our young talents like ronaldo rooney richardson fletcher more proffessional under his guidance

and we are lacking that crossing and creativity which figo can provide

i think Queiros will bring Figo to Man Utd, they have a very good relationship. he's worth it, you'll see.

I'd like to see Figo play with Ronaldo at the Club level. It would improve their partnership for WC06. :)

Well, i would'nt mind Figo if he should agree with a reasonable wage, I doubt it though, and i can't see where could Figo play at the moment. I mean who would he replace? I don't think hes any better then our current midfielders. And I don't like this "benched in Real, starting for United" attidude.

Them rossi clips are pretty sweet (Y)

Looks like the building work has started at OT (The Nike Arena :( ). Went past today and there was two giant cranes by each corner by the North Stand.

So to say something productive...uhh, any of you Mancs with your ear to the Red ground know what the latest is with your cornrowed twart Rio? He postures about wanting to have the ordeal over with, but him signing is the only outcome I cant imagine. Also, I know its been mentioned in the past, but would you all not be satisfied with Given? I doubt he would cost that much, but I guess it all depends on 1. What Malcolm the forehead allots to the board 2. Actually getting NUFC's ok
