SAF will just buy a player like RVN if he likes to play that way. I think Ruud and Beckham together are one of the best combinations at Untied. Last season Ruud didn't have someone to give him like 30 assists from crosses. Now we have no players that do what Beckham did...which is give crosses. Giggs and Ronaldo like to run at players, which means Gary Neville has to put the ball in the box...whatever...you've seen them play

You shouldn't be lookin to the future when you have such a player now. Just look at his face when he is playing and you can see that he is proud to have the job of carrying the team. That's what I see in him....so obviously the team cannot live without him

Mourinho comes across and arrogant but i don't know its probably this trait that makes him different and maybe why he has been successful in managment. He's a good manager without doubt. If United win i doubt Fergie will be celebrating like Mourinho in the pic, Fergie will probably just have a sly smirk on his face.

in the first season for Ruud,i think Ole was the player who assisted Ruud the most,i could be wrong but i think so!I miss Beck's crosses!

i have the manchester united season 02/03 review VCD. i watch them against and i realize the combination of RVN and beckham are simply perfect. positioning of RVN and perfection drop point by beckham crosses are unbelievable. miss the moment RVN score by beckham assist but i don't hope see beckham taking penalty :p

This was a crappy game! I think we are in deep **** if we dont get some new quality players!
Liam miller looked nervous,did not now where to play the ball
Fortune had a very bad game!
Forlan was bad
O'shea is not a midfielder,as we can see!
Giggs was not bad, but could do a lot better!
Smith can't do enything when nobody pass him!
What the hell, Phil on the bench,when Fortune plays crappy!
Can't help it but i am so angry i could smack somone in the gut right now!
I feel we could have won this game,playing Phil,Bellion and Richardson in the second half!

Yes i now,but i feel we could have had the win today!Shoud have had a quality striker up there with Smith and i am sure we could have got a couple of goals! guess we just have to wait for Ruud and saha!;)

man, i feel so dissapointed right now. Don't want to do anything. I think i would feel a little better if United lost 2-0 and not 1-0, because that just shows how close we were to drawing the game.

But United fans shouldn't be angry at the way United played. We were missing two of our best defenders a great mid and two main strikers from a starting line-up and we still lost and had more possesion than a team who spent more money in 2 years than our manager in 30 years. A draw would have been fair, but then it's not always as it should be. On the other hand United even missing 9 first teamers still managed to outplay Chelsea and lose only 1-0, that shows that United can cope well with those absantee's and i am confident in them going on a winning streak, at least until Liverpool.

MAnchester weren't the favourites but played slightly better, so we should be fine, just wait till those players get back, that's when United will give Chelsea a swift kick up their arse.
