Wow great game great performance. Nice to see our players back from injury. We played like champions today.

So, FA Cup semis, UCL semis, top of the league at the moment. Things looking good. Did Rooney take lessons from Scholes or something? These long balls were like typical Scholes passes. He played very very well. I love him in the attacking midfielder position. With him there, we don't need any new attacking midfielder. We would do with a box to box probably. Someone like Charlie Adams would be great.

IMO if Chelsea started with Drogba they would've been much more threatening. Why the hell did he play Torres who has scored 0 goals in 11 games in such an important game? Torres will adapt with time but this game was definitely not for him. What a player Drogba is.

UCL will be very difficult to win but I think our team is good enough to win it. Lets wait and see. We play either Inter or Shalke in the semis right?

Man utd has signed De Gea accoring Onda Cero, awesome.

Seriously? source? Can't believe it. Last time we made a big money move was in 2008 (Berbatov).

The De Gea news are all over the place on Twitter but not mentioned on a single website. I hope these are true. Only thing I would worry about him is his lack of experience. We're moving from a very experienced keeper to an unexperienced keeper. Thats a big change. Also, not sure if he speaks English. VDS usually is very vocal and has a huge influence on the defense.

EDIT: Btw when Chelsea signed Torres many of you guys were saying they'll be back to strength now. When I said Chicharito + Rooney > Torres + Drogba, you guys said you'd rather have Drogba + Torres (can't remember who. I think it was Help). Who was right afterall?

I HATE the hype around us winning the treble. This put players under lots of pressure. Good thing our players are so underrated. Treble would be a very difficult task. At this point we could even lose everything. We have yet to secure a trophy.

Roman Abramovich made history in football by spending 50m pounds to shatter his team's dream of glory. Whoever made that signing was absolutely out of his mind. And Carlo just made a joke out of himself by first starting Torres ahead of Drogba and 2nd taking of Anelka instead of Malouda.

De Gea is the best keeper you could sign, actually he is knowed as Van der Gea in Spain. Is young but he already won Europa League and end with goalie discussion in el Calderón. I don't know if he can speak english but his girlfriend is damn hot.

Yes I am aware of his enormous talent and he IS the GK I was dreaming of. However, I'm just a little worried because we won't have that experience anymore and I'm not sure how proficient he is in English. Also, he won't have any experienced GK from whom to learn. At United we usually have a mix of young players and the young players learn from the senior players (e.g. Scholes, Giggs, Neville etc).

I hope VDS becomes a GK coach for us when he retires. I'm sure he'll work with Ajax though.

Actually VDS said 3 weeks ago that he will most likely stay with United in a non-footballing role. Reina has much more experience than De Gea and you KNOW he will do well in EPL, whereas with De Gea its still a gamble.

I never liked Reina. I think he's overrated. Maybe I'm biased because I hate scousers. De Gea is younger and has many more years than Reina. Reina has the EPL experience though.

The rest is comparable to Everton for e.g. They would be struggling for survival because their backup players are below average. Not because Reina is worldclass.

Btw I wouldn't be too excited with De Gea yet. It happened so many times that we "signed" players but nothing happened. e.g. Mikel (c*nt) and Ljajic. Ronaldinho was close too.

hmmmmm........but honestly even being a direct rival I can't resist the temptation of praising this group of players and Fergie of course. It would a very very special achievement.

It would do Rooney a hell lot of good being champions of Europe in Wembley in front of the English crowd.
