Well, Schweinsteiger went to shit and Badstuber is always injured. Kroos left and Goatse is clueless. Thats four Germans that haven't featured much/left/injured. Other than that Robbery are ageing and needed replacing while Dante lost it.

And Pep isn't in control over buying/selling players.

Costa, Coman, Kimmich, Vidal, Ulreich. Doubtful Pep had a say in any of those transfers.
