SHARPE AND LANGDON IN AMAZING PUNCH UP

HSEW finish with 9 men in 3-0 defeat to dutch giants


Wanderers fought amungst themselves in a 3-0 defeat to dutch side AZ Alkmaar. It seemed to start when Langdon shoved Sharpe after a bad pass, Sharpe took exception and unloaded two right hooks on the Aussie winger. Both players were sent off as skipper Gene Snitsky urged his side to remain calm.

Bob Malcolm was subbed on to help out makeshift midfielder Bobby Brandon, HSEW are already short in midfield with Arash Azizzada's ankle injury and Mike Hall's back injury.

The fight could end Langdon's turbulant relationship with the club, after apperent off the pitch troubles landed him in hot water at Snitsky International.

The team ended the match with 4 defenders, 3 midfielders and Stern John as an outlet.

My performance tonight may not have been the best, but if Rob thinks his effort out there is something to be proud of then he should hang his head.

On one hand I feel like I let the Empire down tonight, that my sending off led to the floodgates opening and I apologise to everyone. On the other having the opportunity to sparkle that fud Langdon was infinitely more fulfilling than any goal I have scored for the Wanderers.

I would also like to thank Gene and the team for showing faith in me. I will not rest until I have repaid that faith.

HSEW have confirmed the release of attacking midfielder Robert Langdon following a bust up with fellow team member Denis Sharpe, this was Langdon's 2nd offence.

Robert Langdon has threaten to take Bobby Brandon, Gene Snitsky, and HSEW to the Court of Arbitration for Sport if he isn’t given his 5million pounds of compensation left on his contract before his unfair dismissal.

Brandon and Snitsky has 24 hours to respond before the case is due to be heard next week if Langdon doesn't receive his money.

This is the kind of slander I had to put up with at my time with the club and I want my compensation.
