have you tried to do it again? Because I've played career mode with my pro and the game crashed when i was supposed to go to season 20/21. I open the game again, try to continue again and it worked. Maybe you could try that

That should have fixed it. Try this:
Copy this file: FIFA 14\Game\fip\compdata\menu\career\mainfeflow.nav
Here: FIFA 14\Game\data\ui\nav\
Then regenerate

Hey, everybody. I have installed everything in the right order. In friendly matches everything works good. But if i want to start Career Mode it crashes the game during setting up the season.
UPD. Now it works. I just opened selector as admin.

@HarryBullZak people... somebody fixed the problem with the bug in the crowd, I mean the shiny crowd.

t isn't an error. This was done based on real-life crowd attendances in competitions. Also to show the growth for clubs as they rise through leagues in career mode.
You can change it here:
FIFA 14\Game\data\fifarna\lua\assignments\general.lua
Scroll down to the section that has this: setTournamentCrowdSize(XXXX,A,B)
Find the league you want to change and increase or decrease the A & B values.
A = Home team
B = Away team
0 = 0%
1 = 25%
2 = 50%
3 = 75%
4 = 100%

I am afraid not . That is the calendar limit provided by EA. So far no one able to break that limit
