It s for women faces?

u can try check the old Dmitri pack:
F21(switch) to F14
there are some rare women faces like id 233751

but not sure if those will work

The neck templates that i included are from Dmitri s old packs

The newer dmitri packs (pc faces) had different necks :
Those wont for my tool i think,
Because he removed vertices at the neck etc

Women faces from the latest update from fifa23 to fifa16, I have problems converting long hairstyles and I see them strange in short hairstyles... I tried changing textures but it doesn't improve.

What can be? thank you!

@tokke001 or others. Guys I have a fifa16 custom made stadium (made by me years ago) but the file is somehow corrupted. I cannot import it into fifa16 stadium import model tool :/ Any hint by you guys would be really,really appreciated !

u mean details that are bad?

when u convert the hair model with my fifa converter:
try enable option "High-precision (32bit floats)"

this will give better details to your model, and less clashing to the head model,

yes, textures must be imported with rx3 master or something else instead of fifa converter

@tokke001 mate, do you think sometime near you could simplu have a look and chance to add the possibility to convert kits textures from pes 21 format to fifa 11-16 format please??? only textures

this is the only tool function we need to get hundreds of needed kits for classic patch and addons, this would be one of the best improvements

Editing textures that way is too difficult to program for me

But i m working hard to improve the fifa converter with other things
+ some new tools

FIFA Converter - Color function​

my tool includes some options to change the Red-Green-Blue colors, or the alpha-channel (transparancy) ,
u can fin this at:
tab "OTHER" > subtab "Color"

i ll give some examples about the Color-function

1. Hair coeff texture​

1.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-16
for converting hair coeff textures from FIFA 22 pc,
u need :
* swap the Green and Blue channel
* remove transparancy

this is recommended for starheads, generic hair not always
set Green = Remove (0)

2. Hair Color texture​

2.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-16
for converting haircolor textures from FIFA 22 pc, u usually need adjust the transparancy level (Alpha channel)

* Mark "Alpha" > choose "Custom value..."
* Set to a value u like (ex.15 % transparancy)

3. Gk gloves coeff texture​

3.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-14
u need equal the blue channel to the red channel (blue = red)

4. Shoe coeff texture​

4.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 14
u need :
* set red = 22%
* set blue equal to alpha
* set alpha no transparnacy

i am not 100% sure about these settings,
i think u need :
* swap the red and green channels
* swap the blue and alpha channels (or alpha is always full transparant)
