1. Use fifa 14 eyes textures,which are smaller. In cm16 will still look like that, but in game will be fine
2. You also need to adapt light and normal maps (head_sk and head_nm) you can use blank ones.
3. Same as point 2. You need a full blue(blank) light map (head_sk)
Yes if they are converted from f13 they need to be lowered by -0,8 on Y axis
can be easily converted with fifa converter tool
with disable "fix neck type (heads)"
head models need to be lowered a bit like -0.8 with the same tool
needs proper head_nm and head_sk

Hello again, I must say that I have had luck with the textures improving those strange shines, as well as the textures on the ears and eyes

However, I have not had any luck with the repair of the neck, when with the program I put -0.8 in Y, the head is completely lost
this is the configuration that I put in the program and I choose the head file that I converted, not the original

What do you mean by completely lost?
It creates a folder where the selected head file is. You have to take it from there and place it in the sceneassets/head folder and regenerate

Related topic. I ran across a thread a few weeks ago where somebody had managed to extract the rx2 kit files for one of the 06 World Cup games. Now I can't find it.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

@tokke001 I seem to be having an issue with keeping transparency in png when converting banner texture rx3s.

Example: for some reason in my banners collection some files are 342 kb and others are 2731 kb

Even though all of them just have one 1024*512 banner texture inside, the only difference being the "image type"

So my "banners" folder takes up about 1 gb of space, and in order to reduce it I decided to run the 2731 kb files through the Converter to turn them into the 342 kb template ones.

However, where the texture originally had transparency, now it has black areas

These are the settings I use in the Converter, "remove transparency" is not ticked

* This is uncompressed format: yes u ll get high filesizes with it, i think it is uncommon to use for banners
* it has alpha, dont the transparancy work?

- DXT1
* compressed format (smaller sizes)
* this dont has alpha, the textures wont have transparancy...


I would recommend dxt3 Or dxt5 compression for textures with alpha,
Dxt5 for best alpha quality

DXT1 may contain transparency, but only 1-bit (either A=0 or A=255)

Sorry, I must be too dumb and not speak IT, but after all can I batch convert 227 heavy banner rx3s into light banner rx3s with the Converter?

Edit 1:
tried changing the banner_#.rx3 template in MyTemplates_textures/FIFA 14 folder with a DXT1 banner file with transparency in the texture

But even then converting a banner file with texture containing transparency results in transparency replaced with white color.
