Sorry if the question is stupid, but is the F11 to F14 faces conversion possible now?
i think yes, i hope

but i m planning to do improvements on converting textures from one game to another:
ex. correct shiness for hair :
-> at FIFA 11 this is the green color at the coeff texture
-> at fifa 14 or later this is the alpha at the color texture
ex. correct shineness for balls/shoes/....
-> balls
so, correct edits to the coeff textures

I think it is something with the vertex' tangent values that are missing

Maybe the vertex format string is wrong :
Similar problem to the hair models,
But copy the vertex strings from another fifa 16 manager model

The model u try convert is probably from a mod, not from an original fifa game ?

U probably didnt copy the full section ?
U need do that, because there are values wich defines how long the string is etc

1. Replace the whole vertex format section from a fifa 15 manager model
See how it is marked in blue here

2. Hope that the total file size didnt change,
Or it may give more errors

3. Test convert from fifa 16 to 14

Maybe the scaling can be adjusted with the next update? On the left Klopp is default F14 model and on the right Ranieri converted from F16 is kind of a giant

Exactly. I actually stored all F15 and F16 coaches for years, hoping that one day some genius like Tokke will let us convert them :D

This one I would love to learn as well.

We can create so many managers with F23 converted player heads/faces: from actual Guardiola, Zidane and Klopp faces to Vieira, Gattuso, Shevchenko, Lampard.

just copy green channel from coeff and apply as alpha for color and it works brilliant
Also can you please upload those Malouda hair files that work in F14 so that I can compare resulting files I got?

* filenames used at frosty tools

* Or

Fifa 11 balls models needs conversion to fifa 12-23
But fifa 12-23 ball models dont need conversion
using your FIFA CONVERTER tool to convert rx3 models from fifa 11 (pc) to fifa 12 (pc). It gives me the following error when placing them with creation master 12 (beta version 6). What could be the problem?
