Using the token tool and 2 other files is a perfect conversion however the F03 conversions and the vanilla game faces including generics have the black ear bug.

Is it possible to convert the generic heads only copy and paste ?? Do they have ID?? Or just installing manually with CM after of converting ??

Yes I know. But why the bump that you say that works doesn't work ?? You have FIFA 13 and you can check it at game time ??

I used the bump and nothing changed.
i dont have fifa 13 installed and i dont know why isnt working for you.
reasons could be:
-revolution mod not installed
-lua fix by tokke not installed
-wrong bump, having wrong textures (for example if you use a fifa 13 to 14 bump ofc it will be useless, or a default head_common_textures also will not work)

it probably is, try and see yourself
but is a stupid way and a waste of space, you will probably also need to convert the rest of the real faces
and if you dont have rev mod installed ofc not gonna work, like dmitri said.

It's actually, not a waste of time as the time, I spent editing and adding more than 2240 players would be wasted.

This way I mentioned has already been applied and proven to work without any bugs and without the use of bumps for each player.. Lang Xu tested it and showed me the images and I tested it and saw it,the problem is that everything else bugs and it is necessary to convert it too.

There aren't many faces for FIFA 13, I'll spend less time converting everything than using the revolution mod which should be current and I'll still have that add too many players.

It says file "Magick.Native-Q16-x86.dll" can not be found:
It should be in the same folder as FifaConverter.exe

Can u check this ?

There is Magick.NET, but not Magick.Native
There should be 3 dll files from magick :
Magick.Native-Q16-x86.dll
Magick.NET.core.dll
Magick.NET-Q16-x86.dll

Check your download,
And extract in a new folder (dont overwrite an old release)
Also make sure your antivirus isnt giving false warnings (and deleting files)

The file is missing at latest release somehow :facepalm:

I think i ll bring a new version next week,
I dont have good internet now

If u need a fix :
I would suggest copy the 1 missing dll file from the previous release
(File Magick.Native-Q16-x86.dll)

Friend when I'm going to convert the Hair file I always get this error!

FIFA Converter - Color function


my tool includes some options to change the Red-Green-Blue colors, or the alpha-channel (transparancy) ,
u can fin this at:
tab "OTHER" > subtab "Color"

i ll give some examples about the Color-function

1. Hair coeff texture​

1.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-16
for converting hair coeff textures from FIFA 22 pc,
u need :
* swap the Green and Blue channel
* remove transparancy

optional:
* remove the green:
this is recommended for starheads, generic hair not always
set Green = Remove (0)

2. Hair Color texture​

2.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-16
for converting haircolor textures from FIFA 22 pc, u usually need adjust the transparancy level (Alpha channel)

* Mark "Alpha" > choose "Custom value..."
* Set to a value u like (ex.15 % transparancy)

3. Gk gloves coeff texture​

3.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 11-14
u need equal the blue channel to the red channel (blue = red)

4. Shoe coeff texture​

4.1 FIFA 22 pc -> FIFA 14
u need :
* set red = 22%
* set blue equal to alpha
* set alpha no transparnacy

i am not 100% sure about these settings,
i think u need :
* swap the red and green channels
* swap the blue and alpha channels (or alpha is always full transparant)

i laughed at first, because that looks like an alien
but it would be cool if the tool will create light maps (head_sk)
for example this is for fifa 15:
a.png
it is similar if not the same as fifa frostbite pc (17-23)
skin&mouth->white
hair->black
and this is for fifa 16:
head_sk.png
skin->white
hair->blue
mouth->yellow
i use this, which works good:

ok, the bug is different, because 2014 World Cup rx3 kits have smth with short kitnumbers and short logos that doesn't display in Creation Master (it's just 0,000 and 1,000) and are not converted with FIFA Converter
I finally can attach examples. First kit is properly working in FIFA, but hotspots on shorts aren't read by Creation Master. I'd like that converting these to FIFA 14 format would fix this. Second is the effect of modifying such kit.
