Considering the scout issue, I've read that the region of the scouts will only change once you buy one. So if you get Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands for example, you have to buy a scout and afterwards, you'll get different countries. I don't know whose idea that was at EA, but it was a bad idea and should be patched soon...

@beta990: No problem, I don't know if it's in the original version as well, but I don't really see that issue popping up anywhere, so it might not be the case.

Hmm, are you for sure? My players grow even when they are 16, 18, 21, etc.

some of the players that with high potential and expected to grow fast doesnt grow, for example Oliver Torres from At. Madrid. just grow 1 point in one season. some of players in 17-19age with high potential doesnt grow at all in one season.
but its difference case with youth team player, they do grow and grow fast(which i prefer that way) . but it will be nicer to have higher rating outfield player, scouts report come with a lot of high potential outfield player but the rating is too low. my scouts mostly scouted high rating and high potential goalkeepers.

Do you mean low ratings when you first scout them? That shouldn't be much of a problem, just wait for the May youth team report and they'll grow a considerable amount.

Hello beta990 .. I make a query, you saw that in fifa14 career mode can choose to play or not in the first season signings, I want to know is if you can edit the lock of the second, third season, fourth season etc etc .. to NOT have transfers? ie I want to play career mode with default players, no signings .. never have transfers, they told me I have to edit the file cmsettings.ini, but not what I have to edit ..

I'm sorry, but I will reply tomorrow, now going to get some sleep.

I have good and bad news. Let's start with the good news:
Finally be able to fix low transfer movements! I also done some fixes and improvements. Like it should be possible now to get more scouting reports from other countries. Also changed player growth, player values & much more.

The bad news:
I have released V7_RC4 and tested it at much as I could at the moment, but I can't guaranty it's bug free. Also before installing this version, be sure to remove files that aren't needed to be in your FIFA 14 Game-folder. In this newest version some files have been removed from my mod (mainly because better solution or causing crashes otherwise).

I'm planning of releasing an Installer to make it easier to install this mod. Also I'm searching for the Max. 15 Seasons in CM. I was thinking, a player stops at the age of 45 (max age possible), if a manager is aged 30 as the career starts, would this.. 30 + 15 = 45 ?

Anyway, I'm hope to make more process and hope to bring a more bug-free CM mod.

Great to hear! Also, if you decide to have the installer, could you either offer a manual install option still (drag & drop then regenerate) or ensure that the installer can still be used with ModdingWay? As far as I've tested, v7 works with ModdingWay fine, as long as the db folder, compdata folder, and 'euroseededteams.csv' file is not installed from your mod.

BTW, very appreciative of the work you have done, career mode needs improvement, and your mod offers that very well!

Fifaccitiu told me, there is no such restriction any more. I will test v7.4 and will try to proceed/simulate 15years, to get sure.

There are still such restrictions: I simulate through season 15 (SOAK-enabled) and still got the completed message.

Just wanted to say that the attributes Reactions, Vision and Penalties do increase. You just don't see the improvement in the squad report. So it's thankfully only a display error and not related to the patch.

Yes, I don't like installers myself, but I see some reports about how to install. Not their fault, some have more knowledge/experience about mod installing, other don't.

I made an Installer for this mod, so it will be easier for new users. For power-users, I will still provide manually install packages (aka. zip). It would be great if you all could test this installer, and let me know what you think about this. I'm planning to add shortcuts, so users can easy search for files and edit their own (if wanted).

I can replace the 3 by 4.
