Supposedly Herrera had his physical and some tests done by Porto medical staff... should be announced tonight or early tomorrow. Unless the Mexican media is lying, which isn't far fetched.
He might, but we shouldn't spend that much on a player because it would become an handicap for our usual "cheap" deals in the future. We must stick to our buy low-sell high policy as it's been immensely profitable to the club...Mandieta6;3510594 said:

He's tall, he's fast, he's strong, he's great on free kicks, corners. He's a great destroyer, he's hard working, he's got tons of potential.
Down side is that he has terrible touch and at times is careless, but that's really not a big deal. The best part is that he played really really well paired up with Herrera.

Cool. About the terrible touch, Falcao's was also catastrophic when he came here but after a couple of months with the right training and guidance he became a new player concerning that aspect.
I know they are completely different players, but I'm pretty sure we can do the same with Enriquez

28 players seems excessive, but there are a few that are likely to be shared with the B team -> Kadu, Tiago Rodrigues, Ricardo, Kelvin...so in the end the core will be composed by 24 players which is an acceptable number.
