My optimal squad for next season:

I'm expecting Otamendí and Fernando to leave.
Bernard and Ghilas are done deals (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), Jorge Enríquez not quite but I hope it happens.

28 players seems excessive, but there are a few that are likely to be shared with the B team -> Kadu, Tiago Rodrigues, Ricardo, Kelvin...so in the end the core will be composed by 24 players which is an acceptable number.

Reyes can play DM. In fact, he began his career as DM then due to injuries was moved back to defender and didn't look back.

Quintero is apparently all but signed, €10M.

Quintero 100% confirmed Fili, not officially of course but you can trust me on this. Same with Ghilas and Bernard.

He should be no more than an alternative for the DM spot. Mangala can also play there like he seldom used to do for Liège, but not taking advantage of his natural CB talent would be a huge mistake. I guess I think the same about Reyes, even if I don't know him that well. I don't expect him to be a starter this season but I'm pretty sure he'll take Mangala's spot next summer so he must be patient and work hard so that his turn to shine comes ASAP.
