Farias should be the forward we need, I got to see him with River a few times and he really showed he can score goals.
though his experience in Europe was with Palermo where he scored 0 goals in 13 matches

No offense to ANY Porto fans here but I really hope Farias does Carlos sh*t if he has signed with you guys. Like I said no offense but I want nothing but the worst for a player who a coach convinces the owner of a not so rich club to manage to pay 4-5 million for him, he arrives at Toluca, agrees to a 4 year contract, gets presented to the fans... THEN, he backs out. "My wife cant get used to the city shes sick." Only after less than a week? Gimme a fu*kin break.

- Leandro do Bomfim has been released...about freakin' time.
- AEK are trying to get Bruno Moraes, Académica apparentely want Rentería on loan.

I'd replace either Meireles or KAZ! for Lima, the kid's great and with Bolatti/Assunção plus Lucho we'd have the defensive coverage taken care of.

Paulo Ribeiro and Steven Vitória will play for Olhanense next season on loan, Rentería will probably be loaned out to a french or spanish team.

tonight we played the Daihatsu Trophy in Italy, celebrating Atalanta's centenary.
our opponents were Red Star and then the hosts, each game lasted 45 minutes and we won them both 1-0
Adriano scored against Red Star with a spectacular bicycle-kick and Lisandro scored versus Atalanta after a great play envolving him, Quaresma and Edgar.

as time goes by the team looks more solid, the new players start to fit in Jesualdo's gameplan and all of them already look pretty much at ease in the pitch...
and we're still missing Helton, Lucho, Mariano, Lima, Farías, Stepanov...things looking good
