God damn! That's a little much... I think Barca could have gotten way more for Eto'o. Hleb was basically useless, but he's still a good talent. Zlatan better start out with a bang, if not Inter raped this deal.

No Eto'o had us in a corner, it was this or let him go free next year so...

If this transfer happens than Inter just robbed Laporta, LOL Eto'o plus 40 million euros for Ibra That's is basically how much Ronaldo cost if you take into account Eto'o value.

Man this whole saga is funny as hell, the way in which Barca deal with selling of it's players is quite a mystery. If I remember right Pep was let go in a not so great way as Eto'o is looking to leave right now. LOL

Eto'o was leaving anyway, I rather this than next summer leave for free and have to pay 60+ million for Ibrahimovic... As Nady said its like letting eto'o go and buying ibrahimovic for 40 million, not bad buisness no? What a genius Laporta, Ibrahimovic is gonna be sick in this team!!!!

Whatever makes you happy about the deal but your losing a better striker for a weaker one and 40-45 million eurs on top of that.

anyway, they think whatever their club do is excellent and no mistake is there, they're so wrong at least this time.

Real lost 92 mil and they grabbed Ronaldo and they didn't loose anyone in that transfer. Barca lost 40 mil+Eto'o (their best league scorer)+Hleb to grab a single player.

Ibra never scored against top 4 and his performance was poor against ManU last season while Eto'o scored more goals than him last season and he owed ManU defence for a first goal.

After 25 years of Glory with Sir Alex, we, ManU fans, still discuss his descisions and critisize him if we belive the opposite goes but I can't understand some barca fans attitude like Arnau that believe whatever Pep says or does it 100 percent true, he's not a prophet or god that you should follow.

Just look at Goal.com, it says no deal for Ibra-Eto'o yet and Valencia rejected the latest Villa offer. I think it's all about mind games right now but still there are some clubs that want Eto'o with a good cash.

villa = 50 mil
Ibra = 40 mil + Eto'o + Hleb on Loan

it means if Barca sells Eto'o at least 10 mil, then villa transfer is exactly same unless Prophet Pep thinks Ibra is a better player than villa+eto'o.

No one here preferred ibrahimovic over villa, but if pep does so it must be for a reason, that's why he's on the sidelines of camp nou and we're on the computer... Anyway you can't judge ibrahimovic over his inter performance, he might turn out great with messi+xavi+iniesta creating alot of spaces for him...

it's a risk and unlike you, we didn't spend anything for it (if you do that deal).

by the way, I'm not saying barca should not bring Ibra and sell Eto'o, I'm just saying the transfer money should be reasonable while you can't pay 50 mil for Villa.

We would have bought any of those players last year with this money. It's the price inflation this summer after 250 mill spent on 4 players. That's why bayern wants the whole Barcelona city for Ribery, Valencia wants NASA for VIlla etc...
