Oil could be gone from the market in a year if alternative energy sources would be introduced. (No ****) And believe me these alternatives exist and for a long time already. (Let me guess, it's the super producers of energy in the form of windmills and solar power) Why oil is still protected I don’t know. (Don't think too hard) I guess some deal was made between the US and Arabs, but it is clear that Arabs getting way more out from this deal. If one day the alternative energy sources would be introduced, in a short time all this oil countries will be in a big assen situation. They have nothing there... sand and oil. (... and magic carpets) They would die out in there. (just in the same way that they were dying during the childhood of Alexander the Great)
I know that most of the above will be hard to digest for some of you kids, but you need to try. (oh i don't know, might be a bit tough)

Not worth the risk. In that case we're better off improving the rendability of current technology used in getting usable energy from natural resources, which are still way more expensive than oil.
Kids, dont be so attacking. I know that some of your egos were hurt, but it is not the reason to be irrational. Think through what I said, and maybe in couple of weeks you will grasp the concept.
