Around the 23rd. Maybe the 23rd exactly. We don't have time (both me and ACICOG). I am now returning from a medical appointment booked a year ago and on the 22nd I have another medical appointment. It is not a matter of just posting the link but of following the forum and the Facebook page at least for the first few days. I get dozens of private messages and already having the site explaining it gives me a huge hand. Not to mention the Facebook messages, the various comments, the messages on the forum. If there are bug reports I miss them if I don't have time to keep up with them, they accumulate and work hard to fix them. Since the 23rd I have been safe at home and can follow everything more calmly. I had already said several times that for this release I would work like this because I have a lot to do these days.

As @ukwe said in one of the last messages, i'm planning to start working on them, starting from 2000-01, and till 2009-10 season, i have to organize everything, and (maybe) i'm going to open a thread dedicated to this add-on, so everyone can help and share content (kits, faces, everything you want)

I would recommend that you do that, it would help so that anyone that wants to help can do it without filling this post.
Ps. Does anyone know any members of the South America community? I don´t know how to edit, but i also want to start a thread of my own, to try and solve one of the missing things: Conmebol 2005-10.

Once a year I have to cancel each link and restart with a version (AIO = All In One). Mediafire with basic account offers only 10 GB and the patch weighs 6.2 GB while stadiums around 5 GB. So there is no way to keep the old links together with the new ones, there is no space in the account. I am forced to have two separate accounts. One for patch and one for stadium pack.
