Yeah, that's exactly what I thought about Mourinho when last season Chelsea played at Camp Nou. I hate that. (Y)

I'm glad you saw the light.

Were not the best team in the European competition but I think with Rafa's tactical know how, we can go far again this year. I think we only won the Cup last season through luck, but then again, every team needs that somewhere too win a title.

Heh, sorry about that Liam. Once I get going I can be pretty indiscriminate

The nou camp game was one where we posessed virtually no attacking options outside of Duff and Drogba. The mere fact that we scored at all was a minor miracle, and when the latter was sent off we simply could not posess and move the ball forward with any meaning. Meanwhile the best offense in the world was bearing down on us. But this is an old can of worms were opening, DT

Arsenal V Barca.....now thats a match i would pay to see....you would not stand a chance.

This is from the same team who celebrated Luis Garcia after he kicked out Keane to end his Manc career.

This is from the same team for whom Sissoko mugged Robben on several occasions last night, and is just as hard nosed and combative

This is the same team that have made their name playing that longball trash ever since Benitez's arrival. At least when we need to we can turn it on and blow midrate no hopers like them to pieces

This are the same load of bastards who took their victory off some dodge goal last year, and then had fans who couldnt even resist pelting our players with objects and abuse as they went to shake hands with the other team

Im sorry to insult any decent liverpool fans, and there are many out there who I greatly respect. But some people have chips on their shoulders that seem larger than a 15 year title drought should/create create. On top of that, the propaganda machine that churns out twisted, pravda-like nonsense like the match report above (I remember how they called them 'unlucky' and 'valiant' when Chelsea ripped them in the leauge) is matched only by some of the self-denial and verbal-fellatio that comes from the Madrid media-machine.

I like Didi Hamman, he is a good player and seems like a nice guy, but if people think cheap bastards like Traore or Carragher wouldnt give the same right back if they had the opportunity, then they are sorely mistaken.

Its not my fault, really. Like El Morobund said all blues are just scared of Liverpool

"People who live in glass houses" and all that.

Chelsea fans have already agreed that the tackle was unacceptable to us so thats that.I wasn't too impressed with Traore's "tackle " on Wright Phillips either,or Scott-Parker on Cole last week.Dreadful tackles occur in every game in every week. Not all as career threatening as Essiens i admit, but lets be a little more balanced in our opinions please. We would like to see ALL dreadful challenges outlawed in the game. Not one team has the right to feign innocence in this matter.
As for the bilge from "President Scouser"....keep wishing mate. You have a wonderful way of describing a boring, overated(by scousers mainly)team of average dross, and making them sound like something they are not. Please dont give us any more crap about being "European Champions" please.Every man and his dog knows how you won that cup.Forget about the "lucky" goal that took you to the final.Without one man,Gerrard, you lot were gonna get thumped by Milan. So you won a penalty shootout....wowee.Benitez didn't win you that final. In fact he was losing you that final.Gerrard won it pure and simple.
Benitez aint got a clue mate, how much nous does it take to tell 9 men on the team NOT to cross the halfway line too often, and to pack the penalty area whenever Chelsea get the ball.Wow a master stroke of management that was.

I admit that being in the same position as 'pool in the table,we would have probably done the same thing, but please be real about it.I remember when we played a similar game in our first leg game against Barca last season.Scousers called us a boring team then.Hypocrites to the end.
Then again your mind is too warped by the "north / south divide" to be impartial.Well these "cockney bastards" are gonna win back to back titles mate and there aint nothing your lot can do to change that. :ewan:

apologies to the more level headed cvilised Liverpool fans that i know... :)

The thing is, despite all you're saying, luck or not, Gerrard or not, we won it, you didnt. We eliminated you in the process aswell, with a controversial goal, it makes it even more great. You'll be telling your kids how Chelsea was robbed of a final, and i'll be telling mine how we robbed you of a final.

And what makes it even better is the seasonal "Gerrard's slap on Chelsea's face" we get to see every start of a season. He sets his mind on going to Chelsea and on the last day he says "wanna know? guess naw!", guess he does it on purpose so half of the Chelsea fans can cream themselves before knowing it was a mere lie. :ewan:

I agree that the Essien tackle was brutal but you Liverpool fans can´t really act like "virgins" in this matter. Just remember Sissoko´s tackle on Gudjohnsen, it was not as bad but it was also a clear red card challenge. I think no one is trying to excuse Essien´s action (it was the second time he has done that this year) but trying to forge an image that Liverpool players are some kind of saints is just ridiculous.

We know players arent saints. We condemn the Essien tackle. When Gerrard was flying in recklessly himself, we condemned his act. The Club came out and did likewise as did Houllier. Stevie apologized. Stevie got a 3 match ban on video evidence. Stevie gradually phased it out of his game.

Mourinho goes on about Garcia's goal.

Essien came lunging in for the man. No card. Hamann feared for his career. Worst tackle ever, he said later. Not an apology from Essien. Not an apology from his club. Mourinho says we cry too much and needs to relax.

Mourinho goes on about Garcia's goal.

Lampard broke Alonso's ankle. Out for months. Eidur dived to get Alonso suspended. We will never get a peno against them even when replays showed we should have. No matter, we move on. These things happen.

Mourinho goes on about Garcia's goal.

We beat Champions of Italy, Champions of England couldnt score against us in 2 legs, plus 6 minutes of extra time. **** that Garcia, goal shouldnt have stood, if only Chelsea had scored a goal to win the tie. We beat AC Milan after being 3 goals down. Gerrard scores the first off a cross from Riise. Smicer scores second. Off moves involving Carra, Alonso, Hamann. Baros made third, Alonso scores the third. Dudek kept out Shevchenko. Serginho missed a peno. Pirlo missed a peno. Hamann scores. Cisse scores. Smicer scores. Dudek kept out Shevchenko.

But that's right, Gerrard won the whole game for us.

Rafa saw how Kaka was destroying us. Finnan was injured. Traore was having a mare. He put in Didi to nullify Kaka. Traore told to up his game and concentrate. He told the players " This is your chance to be f*cking legends."

Players fought on, we won. ******* Rafa, he had the cheek to make a mistake in the first half of a Final and had the sheer audacity to correct his mistakes and still be calm and remind his players of what they need to do! He almost lost us Number 5! Thank God for Stevie Gerrard who didnt say a ******* word in the dressing room. His silence won us the game.

Sack Rafa. No clue that Spaniard.

Mourinho goes on about Garcia's goal.

So you see how it is, mate.

Shame on you Amika. How could you have been so blind to it all? Mourinho did that to deflect the pressure off his players. Because he can take it, his players cant, you see, hard men they are. Mourinho is a genius.

That's right mate, it's only because we have players that lunge in recklessly breaking legs and ending careers that we were so successful. No need for all that scoring and winning bull****e. Break a leg and win a cup fellas!

Dont see how McAteer and Ruddock and Ince could possibly have contributed to ur great history as you put it. We won sweet FA with them. Anyroad, "They used to call him ‘Crazy Horse’ at Liverpool," said Ray Clemence. "He just had this boundless energy and enthusiasm." Don't be so quick to label that as a perennial leg breaker or the sorts, thin line between malicious intent and infectious enthusiasm.

And for ya to put Traore in that list is just laughable, lad's just Bambi on Ice. And Carra is exactly what your Terry is. A ******* good defender, a tough but fair hard man, although I have yet to see Carra cry after losing a match.

Jose must be losing his sight, after all, it happened right in front of the dugouts. For someone who could see that Garcia's goal was actually a non-event as it hadnt crossed a line from his position on the touchline, this must be a real cause of concern to the Chelsea management as his visual capabilities are obviously deteriorating at an alarming rate.

I'm sure he has come out and retracted what he said after seeing the replays obviously, pede mate, I'll have a check online.

Rami

Mullet Boy
The worst thing about Essien's challenge was that it HAD to be intentional. Look at the position of his left foot. The ball actually touches his left boot. If the ball is at his left foot, what the **** is he doing with his right?

Eh wha? All I did was to post a pic of the tackle in discussion and a follow up of an Echo report. Forgive me for waxing lyrical about my team. Forgive me for celebrating our achievements, of our 18 league titles and 5 European Cups. And the proud fact that we are the reigning European Champions with a team still lacking in quality in all departments and a manager who's won it on his first season and is still trying to improve our team without a limitless budget. I must really find a way to describe us as something else we're not.

Luis Garcia is the type who intimidates opponents with his sheer size and power in his physique. Deffo the type to roam the pitch looking for a certified twat of the highest order and end his career. We bought him exactly for that (Y)

Sissoko's challenge is all over the networks now, bleeding **** that he is, going for the ball and slipping. What outrage. But I cry too much, I need to sit back and relax.

TheBlueBalla said:

Long ball trash, really, blinkers off please. You lot deffo need a lot of help to get going to blow 'midrate no hopers' to 'pieces'. Hyypia was down with ill during that game at Anfield, too bad we dont have anyone with his stature to take over, yet. (no sugar daddy or anything for us, ya know, pity) And anyone watching that game knew the scoreline didnt reflect the true performance of both teams that day. But we move on. And maybe an own goal to equalize in the cup final to get your lot 'to turn it on'. That said, it's been pretty even, for blowing 'us to pieces', hasnt it?

TheBlueBalla said:
This are the same load of bastards who took their victory off some dodge goal last year, and then had fans who couldnt even resist pelting our players with objects and abuse as they went to shake hands with the other team

Excuse us for not showing outrage at the decision and accepting the decision to award us the goal. Nothing personal, we just needed to win our Number 5 and you happen to be in the way. We're obviously better than youse since we could score a dodgy goal and your lot couldnt beat us on that count. If it helps, your team scoring more goals than us would have gotten you up in Istanbul, as finalists. What came out of that 'object pelting' incident? Must've been serious enough for your club to demand an official investigation. Here's a thought, maybe the fans in question didnt really fancy your players? Hence, the abuse. Bastards the lot of them, no one does things like that nowadays.

TheBlueBalla said:

I'm sure the majority of us there were chucking our mobiles and singing Munich songs and basically ruining everything for these legends. It's not our intention to remind you for the sake of it, it's just that people just forget. Example> "midrate no hopers"

Heh, nice wastage of words there Ewan.

Now my say.

- Wasn’t a goal in my opinion (you know which goal)
- However they rode there luck, all the way from the Juventus game and good on them
- Benitez move to bring on Hamman won the CL Final against Milan, as it allowed Gerrard to play with more freedom
- Cheslea is better then Liverpool
- Ewan is second rate compared to me and my skills
- Terry is better than Carragher
- Yes its true
- Just as Lampard is better than Gerrard
- Luis Garcia scares no one
- Liverpool are a long ball side, the stats say so, and my eyes don’t lie
- Chelsea are a team that scores every 40 minutes under Mourinho, we do not induce comas
- I love Ewan

I win, checkmate.

On a lighter note, I laughed at how we just repeated the few songs your fans had:

They sang: "Champions, Champions, Champions"
We sang: "Champions, Champions, Champions" followed by "We are the Champions, Champions of Europe"

They sang: "You'll never play for Chelsea"
We sang: "You'll never play for Chelsea" followed by "Steve Gerrard, Gerrard"

They sang: "Carefree, wherever we may be, we are the famous CFC"
We sang: "f*** off, Chelsea FC, you ain't got no history"

They sang : "4-1...4-1"
We sang: "5-0, 5 times"

Eventually they gave up. :p

Watched the match from the posh seats and Chelsea, being Chelsea, have installed overhead heaters so the prawn sandwich brigade don't get cold. (H)
