yes!! great result for us, even if we have played a game more the two point gap will keep Man Utd on their toes.....
Essien with the winner, was a bit worried when he suddenly collapsed in the middle of the field but he turned out alright......
Come on Chels!!
edit : weird press conference by Avram, not his usual self I must say..........
Yup, good 3 points indeed, against a very determined Everton defence, who's record this season indicates just how solid they have been at the back. Of course every time we got the ball, Everton parked the bus, but that was to be expected. I hope Essien is gonna be OK.
Actually Zakov, I thought the press conference was inspired on Avram's part. He gave those scum sucking journo's NOTHING last night, and left them looking like the two faced wankers that they are. I particuarly liked the bit when one hack asked how Essien was, only to be told by Avram," Ask his doctor ". Hahaha....pure gold.
We do not have to comply or co-operate with the same media that daily slags us off. Avram feels that, and in last nights post match interview, Avram really gave them the finger. I loved that.
Of couse the press have turned it all around and are implying that Avram has lost the plot, but they know as well as we do, that it is in fact, the complete opposite. I thought he was fantastically frustrating towards those reporters, and my estimate of him has risen higher because of it.
Oh, and as JT said last night, " We are still in with a shout". I wanna see Blackburn do United, and then we will of course beat them at the Bridge. That gives us the title. Luverly.
AND, it looks as if Ben Haim will be kicked out for sure now, after his rant to the media about his sad life at Chelsea. If he wasn't on his way out this summer, he sure will be now. Is this the bigmouth "Dressing room media mole" that Chelsea have been trying to find all this season. The one player who has been feeding tit bits to the scum, and has yet to be found out?
Or that could be Pat Nevin, the ex Chelsea favourite who has also opened his big gob to add to the slagging off of Chelsea. This guy is still employed at Chelsea and it seems that good ol' Pat, has many friends in the murky world of football journalism. I hope that the club give him a swift kick in the arse right out of the front door. No club needs ungrateful, big mouth tossers like them.
