I think Group C is the most balanced group.

Bordeaux
Galatasaray

But yea I agree we got a good group this year and no longer had the luck of an easy draw like some have said in the past. Is it just me or is the tournament a little more balanced this year???

Yeah, that group is definitely well balanced in my opinion. The teams have been well dispersed for the most part in this year's contest.

what does that say about Ajax than? Just like at WC, when Dutch lose you just go hardcore against the team who knocked you out.


Pretty good draw for I-tal clubs. In the last 5 years, its been a tradition that Bayern get their asses handed to them by either Milan or Juve.... now it's Inters turn.

Im not sure what to expect from Roma this season in Europe, they usually dont put in the same effort as they do in CL. Even so, they should be able to oust Olympiakos and Shakhtar to at least get second.

Milan has a pretty soft groupm,,,, Gilardino BETTER score some goals

It means that we were unlucky and that we will be back, all the luck to other teams but my second fav team is ManUtd so I will be rooting for them :) and I hope that Steaua will go through.

Maybe the next two final encounters between chelsea and barcelona can complete their 'mini tournament'
it has been 1-1 so far, with che having the upper hand 2 seasons ago and barca having it last season.

yes finally SPARTAK back in CL and Roma

spartak to own, but they have a tuff group but it doesn't matter... they always do good against tuffer teams and lose to the weakest ones
