Chelsea were paired with Arsenal, who took group G. In order to avoid these sides to play in the same day, Chelsea had to be in groups A-D. Roma was drawn first, and took D, then Bayern was drawn and got B, which meant that Chelsea had to take either group A or C. C was Liverpool's, so they had to be in A.

There, hope I've cleared any doubts.

Levski wouldn't have a chance to advance anyway and now the two heavyweights of Europe are coming to Bulgaria. It's a brilliant draw for them.


How on earth do Arsenal have an easy group? Porto, CSKA and Hamburg are all very decent teams and will be hard to beat, especially on their own grounds.

After watching the draw, I don't know how Man Utd were seeded ahead of Chelsea. This BS of Barca being in the same group as Chelsea so early on sucks ass

As for the groups, how the **** did Milan get such a piss easy group? Seriously, why not just give them a place in the next round already? I'm liking group D though, should be tight. Lol@ Arsenal breezing the group, they probably have the second hardest group.
