What program do you guys use to create those gifs? Avi - Gif 2.0 or Adobe image ready?

I have tried both but Avi-Gif 2.0 creates larges files and the quality isn't that good. And with Adobe image ready I'am having troubles opening the compressed avi file which i created with Fraps and Virtualdub? It says that it can't read this avi format? I did read something about Quicktime avi format, but I haven't been able to convert the fraps movie to Avi format in Virtualdub..

Maybe you guys know a good tutorial?

Thanks mate, yeah I use a Logitech Wingman Rumblepad. That Gera goal was an absolute screamer, I about cried tears of joy when I scored it about a week ago. :)

is there a way to do this with Xbox saved goals?

I have action replay and can tranfer the files to pc but don't know how to do anything else..

how do people usually go about getting xbox goals on here?
