I don't know really, Im not an expert on this program and i just put all setting as high as possible.
The best solution i think is to try different settings and find a setup that suites you.

Ok now I know what's wrong.... it's WMV format to save space then I changed it to AVI cus w.upload4free.com don't support WMN.. I'll have a try myself

Help needed here!!!

I recorded a nice video in PES4 and now i am trying to convert this to Gif.

I used Fraps to record the video, converted this to avi with virtuadub... The avi file is now 984KB in size.

Then I open the avi file in Avi - Gif 2.0 and convert the file to gif.. But after I have saved the file the gif is 16MB in size???? How come the file gets so large? and how do get it smaller??? could somebody please help/respond?
