The quality is terrible ...how do you guys do gifs of such high quality with < 1 mb in size????

I use FRAPS and 123 AVI to GIF .... any help on the settings pls? :p

Umm..I managed to get it down to 1.35 mb with cropping...but how do you do the last part 'optimised' ?:confused:
