I am watching the game taped and just saw Toni score and get injured. I was about to post how we lost all 3 strikers due to injurybut you were able to kill my frustration way too soon

The only thing i am upset though is the fact that having those 3 hurt i was hopping to see Kroos get some playing time. I kinda hate this guy Wagner. How did we get him anyways? Is he German?

I was gonna say Ribery is awesome but i hate repeating myself in double digits.

Kroos is in Korea with the German team at the U17 WC (already scored 2 goals).

Yeah, Wagner is German. A real local boy, born in Munich.

It's the beginning of the season, the guys aren't in 100% top shape yet, it's understandable. This is phenomenal. I just wish we were in the Champions League, but imagine us next year when the team has a year to gel together! I haven't been this thrilled to be a Bayern fan since 2001.

It's much more fun than coming out 4rth and not play the CL, i can tell you that.

I can assure you that watching your team concede like 5 chances in 3 games is very fun.

Not gonna happen. Once Bremen, Schalke and Stuttgart are at full strength there's gonna be some competition. But no one's gonna complain if we're simply "too good". Italy and England (prior to the last season) were also dominated by a single team in recent time.
The same applies to the Uefa Cup. Especially the English and Spanish could beat us over two legs.

I'm actually glad we're not in the CL this year. We need some time to gel and we wouldn't be hot favorites to win it all either. Teams like Barca or Chelsea are still on another level. Let's add some depth to certain areas (CB, CM), maybe another one or two star players and then compete with the big boys.

I'd be very surprised if Rensing doesn't play a big role in the team at some point during the season.
