Another season of jerseys, with the addition of referee jerseys missing from the previous season, and some modifications to the 1516 teamkit.

@RHZhang would you be willing to help with teamkits for 07-08-09-10 seasons? I’ve converted all kits and also assigned boots, adboards, and balls for each season and I’m working on converting 2006-2007 database at the moment.

If I start to replace the jersey from the 2006-07 season, I will have to do it again in the previous seasons because the corresponding team ID in the initial teamkit list is different, and I may not have that much time for the time being.
In fact, the principle is very simple, find out the team that has a New Jersey file compared to the last season, copy and paste the corresponding data into the replacement.
I will continue to update the current 10-11 version of the jersey, and plan to do the 22-23 season.

This is amazing and a dream come true guys.

I just have one concern - if we start our careers with FIFA 06 teams or something, we won't have Zenit, CSKA, Shakhtar, Dynamo Kiev, RB Leipzig, etc. and all the teams that were not licensed/did not exist in those FIFAs?

Or do we add some custom teams or proto teams like in the case of Leipzig?

Also, do we add 2 year old Haaland and 3 year old Mbappe or however young they were to FIFA 06 DB?

Yeah I know what you mean and I kind of feel the same way, as if world cup 2014 was the last real one (although wc 2018 was insane and wc 2022 has was awesome since).
But also my main concern is that earlier FIFAs didn't have important teams and leagues (maybe at least to me) licensed in the game at all, so if one is starting a career in 2007 and wants to play until 2016/2023, they'll never play for/against Spartak, Lokomotiv or Shakhtar, Galatasaray, etc.

So I thought maybe we could import some of those major classic teams at least from Classic Patch in v2, probably not in initial release.

Or maybe we could make the starting year/game selectable, which seems to may be possible with RZhang's work as well.

The only way for those teams to exist throught the length of career mode (15 years is max I think), would be to add them manually to the starting year DB, which is 2006-2007.


@RZHzang's method is only concerned with teamkits not squads, therefore if a team its not present in 2006's DB it will not appears in successive years

im also for licensing the generic kits, adding missing UCL and maybe UEL teams from those years

Yes, that's what I mean.
If the team is not present at career launch, it won't be present in 2010, 2015 or 2023.
So I think in the perfect scenario it would be nice to add key leagues/teams for "future proofing".

It's still in progress but hopefully done soon! curently remastering 2006-2007 season. I was able to use kits and squads from xbox 360's game, from xbox classic.

Right now making sure db is stable.

Also it would be of great help if someone can help find quality kitnumbers for the 2006 season. I was using ones from CP14 but quality is not very good and some color variations are missing.

Boots are all from EA, upscaled and remastered.
