Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

The problem is your focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you now. Good luck.

That first post earlier had some link to the post you quoted, no matter how wrong and seriously disturbed your argumentation was. This one is just clueless. You sound like a bitter old man who misplaced his reading glasses.

I seem to be missing something. How are people saying England should make a bid? I thought we alternated between Europe and non-Europe. If so, then Europe can't get the 2018 World Cup.

Does anyone have any actual facts about the Continent rotation system that they aren't just making up?

EDIT: Just looked it up, and it looks like the "rotation" system doesn't even start until 2010 in Africa. It seems that it is still unknown which continent gets 2018. Which of course means absolutely nothing, as FIFA can just change it at any time if the selected nation doesn't meet FIFA's arbitrary standards in time, as seen by the possibility that South Africa might lose their hosting privledges, and the fact that 2014 might be moved out of South America as the only candidate (Brazil is supported by 10 football associations as the leading candidate ) has not impressed FIFA with its current capabilities. .

I can't see anyone else in Asia, apart from China, to host it.
Can't imagine Saudi Arabia or Iran thrilled seeing English drinking tons of beer or half-naked Brazilian women for that matter.. :)
And what if Israel qualified? No, a WC in West Asia is out of question.

i think we can host it. No problems there. Final would have to be in Melbourne as the MCG is the largest stadium in the country. Semis and third would have to be in the Telstra Stadium, Sydney Football Stadium, Telstra Dome or Suncorp.

Group matches would be played in Perth, Adelaide and the stadiums already mentioned but with all 64 games evenly spread across the nation to be fair to Adelaide and Perth.



and i think that co hosting is not a good idea as FIFA have stated that they will not co-host with world cups again.....so i have read.

Nice idea but several things would make that fail:

1. Firstly, Fifas current position that co-hosting will not happen.
2. As things stand we only have one stadium that is a reasonable distance from Australia, name in Auckland, and that is effectively owned by the rugby union. When I say reasonable distance i am assuming any time that Austrlia hosts the WC they won't be having too much happen in Perth. Cos thats freaking closer to South Africa than it is to Sydney.
3. Unless it were one of the bigger teams, I just don't know how many people would attend. This place is pretty rubgy mad. And given the WC would be in the middle of winter the stadiums will all b used by the NZRFU.

Believe it or not, rugby heads would not give up the space for football. Not even for the world cup. Thats how ****ed up we are here.
