shaft is just a noob in pes and we, as he even doesn't know how to curl corner kicks or kick short corners in pes, in fifa u get a menu(a piece of s h i t), which tells u what to do and fifa's free kick system is funny as well, ball physics are whack compared to pes, just sound & graphics are a bit better(except of kits, which don't look sharp at all)

And I get the same problems, here is the answer:

Cheating AI

Happens every cup game, whether its on 6 stars or 3 stars, PC or PS2, its a fact..

It doesnt matter what you try to do, it doesnt work, now I wont go into detail as the noobs cry when you accuse the game of cheating..

Although I dont have to try 20 times, I still win with about 3-0, but the cheating is very bad, even more so in cups..

You just have to try very hard to score, and when you do the CPU crumble half of the time..

The other half cheat even more to equalise, like when the keepr parries the ball directly to the CPU's head, or the ball swerves like a hurricane to the CPU's feet etc etc etc.

And yes the GK's are machines to say the least, I have never once seen a GK on the game who wasnt amazing, even though it makes it more enjoyable.

dont start dickie or u will get banned like the last time...hahahaha...

Fifa makes it too easy. Anyone can get lucky and score a FK in Fifa. You not going to score a FK in PES unless you do it properly.

Yeah, and holding down the crossing power button, on PES takes a S**t load of skill doesn,t it ? ...
Well i,ve managed to score enough headers from them ... So i can,t be that bad.
Once you,ve figured out the senseless set-pieces.. ( which i admit, aren,t as bad as Fifa05,s )
The game is pretty Easy , really... Nothing to make the amount of fuss that you guys make over it , anyway...

@shaft,i didn't want to insult u, my aim was to show the bad gameplay of fifa with a kind of comparison, btw. the atmosphere including especially the appearance of stadiums is way better in fifa, although pes' and especially we8i's gameplay rules!

My advice on cheating AI

Use 4-5-1 with two DMF and defend the whole time. By the end of the match the CPU will try to attack and then You will score from counter attack. Tested thoroughly

Thanks for the tip, I will try that next time I think the CPU is about to go through a sudden uber-phase to try and claw back my goal lead (You just gotta love the way that it can suddenly score two goals in as many minutes after 80-odd minutes of getting nowhere near my goal)

OMG the same thing is happening to me and its a funny thing right now im playing in the Euro cup and im in the final agaisnt France and im playing as Italy, Flashback Euro 2000, the funny thing is i beat every team 2-0, 3-0 and that particular game at the end its so damm hard, i mean literally how the fudge the cpu beats u 13 games i been playing this final forever, they always beat either extra time 2-1 and in penalties its bogus theor keeper blocks everyshot, is this destiny like euro 2000 or wat the fudge is happening here im playing five stars and the last 4 times i got so pissed that i was going to beat them on 3 and it didnt work and then the last time on 1 star and it still unbeatable omg it pisses me off one game i was up 3-0 and all the sudden france started scoring goals from half and every head ball going in the net and came back 4-3 talk about euro 2000 destiny geez///
