First off Bayern, PES is at least 80% hype.
A football game is a football game, at the end of the day.
Although some may have slightly better or realistic gameplay than others, and even a more challenging cpu AI than others.
But it all boils down to Adaptation and the level of your own footballing brain.
Seriously, i play PES in exactly the same way and style that i play Fifa, and usually get the same results, after i,ve properly adjusted to the games controls.
And Yes we are talking about playing on 4/5 Star, levels now...
Thats why most people who come onto these forums stating that Fifa05 is piss easy, and they have beat the cpu 7-0 on World Class,
is usually a f*****g liar...
Because the Pro & WC cpu levels are much more challenging than previous versions. And unless you play with a team with at least the same amount of rating / quality, you will struggle to hold a draw... Let alone, Beat it. (Especialy on WC)
That,s also when you have learned how to play the game properly.
The Truth is that most PES fans haven,t really taken the time to get use to Fifa,s new playing style and still play it like previous versions, (On Ametuer level) then class the game as having S**t gameplay.
Rather than getting used to the new First Touch, Passing, thru Ball, Crossing, Player Skills and OTB Run systems.
If they did, they would see that there isn,t really a lot between the 2 games as far as gameplay... (Tho, PES does still slightly edge it)
But imo, Fifa does actualy play the more Realistic type of football game ...
the best thing in fifa and UCL is the assistent at corners(even with text passages, i think it's this: what do u want to do? normal cross, curl it, short pass )-very realistic
