Well it seems that Arsenal is in the hunt for Ryan Babel, they see in him a good replacement for Ljungberg who could be on his way to West Ham United.
Here we go again, first Huntelaar, Sneijder, Gabri rumours in Italy and now Babel I'm getting sick and tired of this sh*t it's always the same around this time but Ajax made it quite clear that no player will leave this winterperiod.
But in the summer.........

If it's the case that Ryan leaves us in the summer then we better hold on to Rosenberg or we will only play with Nikki on the leftwing.
On the other hand I think Leonardo can play in that position as well although he won't like it

Correction Babel is not a winger but a striker. Yeah, you are right when you say that he is playing on the wing at the moment. But normally he is a stiker

Well that is what he claims. But as long as Klaas is still Ajacied I don't see him ever playing down there and I really think he's actually a better winger because he isn't a lethal finisher but he is one hell of a speedy dribbler and also has a thunderballshot, so I think it's ok to think of him as a winger and I think that's the way Arsenal wants to use him aswell.

But arsenal normaly plays 4-4-2 system with no wings, and very rarely wenger makes it 4-4-3, so i don't see a place for babel in arsenal at the moment

Did you see a place for Van Persie in Arsenal when he joined then? That's just Arsenal's strategy, buying younger players, who they try to make worldclass players, van Persie and Fabregas are excellent examples.

when van persie joined arsenal, there was just one world class striker at gunners - henry. now they have more young and talented atacking players, then they need, and i repeat again - i don't see a place for babel there

F*cking hell lost against Ajax Capetown with 3-1
OK it was 30 degrees but still this is not a good start and next week we play against Utrecht at home. We will win that one I have every faith in that cause Utrecht may be good in their stadium but in de ArenA they find it really hard to beat us. I'm more worried about the matches vs Werder Bremen cause they are a very classy team and very very hard to beat. If we go who knows what will happen, it's good that we play the 2nd game at home.
And in between we play against Haarlem for the KNVB cup but that should be easy.

It was 1-0 at the break and during the 2nd half our defense was caught sleeping, Stam and Johnny didn't play this game.
They didn't own us but we gave it away in the 2nd half according to matchdescriptions. Babel scored the only goal.

Ajax second half:

Our defence "shines" in second half again. we conceeded 2 goals
within 6 minutes

next sunday we face Utrecht and then it's against 010, Feye... shouldn't be a problem (like always) I expect a win and nothing less.

Grygera are staying at ajax till the sumer, it's 100%, because he agreed a deal with juve. he is going to juve in summer

We're trying to get him now, we are in need of a defender with all the injuries and players that suck.

I read you guys want 1m € or something close to that and we sent someone in Holland to finalize the deal. There's talk about another player of Ajax too but that won't happen since he costs too much.
