Now i tested and bug is in Substition my scarves dont showed .

So this bug dont fixed now we have 2 bug
1. second half bug - after substition
2. home away bug - away team fans use home team scarf

After bad messages time for good message this is last scarf for BPL pack 2013/2014

No problem now i and fifagames.sk authors started works on Slovak and Czech teams scarf in this time have scarf for
5-first division Slovakian teams (Slovan , Trnava , Zilina , Trnecin , Kosice)
1-second division Slovakian Team (Presov)
2-first division Czech teams (Brno , Liberec )

I created 2 new teams, and I want to add scarves.
Someone could help me?

I downloaded scarf somewhere on the site, and changes (with file master) the .png
Files are 256*32.

I saw that with created teams I need to change the hex... I just changed the name flag_31_0 by flag_130010_01, flag_130010_02, 03 and 04.
It was written Raster, sometimes there's just "ster" or "er because the ID of my team is longer. I don't know if it's okay or not...

Where do I need to put scarf_130010.rx3 and scarf_130011.rx3 ?

So if you want add scarf for new aded teams you must search team with 6 digit ID (for template if you have new team with ID 80000 search exist team with 5 digit ID) example 111099 South Africa and export with File explorer or CM14 his Flag . This flag after rename to scarf_your team id.rx3
After open this scarf with Fifa File explorer (swap searching from big on Fifa 14 rx3 files ). Go on Block 6 and use hex edit and change this value flag_111099_0.raster

flag_111099_2.raster
flag_111099_3.raster
to your ID
flag_130010_0.raster
flag_130010_1.raster
flag_130010_2.raster
flag_130010_3.raster
Change only ID . In hex editor rewrite your value after starting writing automaticaly dont use space or backspace .
After rewriting ID clik on APPLY and now you can import your scarf in size 256x32 . After import question clik on NO . Its all . And dont forget after adding scarf use regenerator .
Scarf you must add to flag folder .

Excuse my ignorance, but I still don't understand what's the difference between those two BPL packs. Could someone please explain?

Who create second BPL pack ? Or do you think the top 2 links ? First is only RX3 (for users who already use scarf ) . Second link is exe instaler (first timer users . Instal after instalation started regenerator and you can play) .
