I started working on BPL scarves pack . But scarves still working only in first half :(

I noticed this. Can you elaborate on that? It goes to the yellow and orange default flag right? This looks like a bug by EA. Any idea if they will fox? Will modders have to figure it out or what? It BUGS me.

We can´t add scarf for new created teams but i now tested use Fifa 13 ID from relegation teams (1596 GIF Sundsval) + i export Flag.rx3 for this team from fifa 13 and tested in fifa 14 and its work :)
