I also want to know if I can have the CEP and the tokken in a single fifa 11. Since I cannot have the 2023 version if I have the CEP

that means your base game is different:
there are different fifa 11 region versions, with different ingame languages

solution:
* get the correct base game: pm me
or
* regenerate:
Selector > tab support > Regenerator

clicking save will do:
1. Save database
\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db.db
\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db-meta.xml
2. Save language file
\Game\data\loc\*.loc -> 1 file, depends wich language u edited in CM11
3. Regenerate
\Game\*.bh files

but depending on what u edited before pressing save,
u need check these folders:
faces, kits, balls, .... -> \data\sceneassets\
minis, logos, ... -> \data\ui\artAssets\

u are missing the selector exe:

Hello friend, thank you very much for the patch and for your attention. As I said in other topics, we have a fifa 11 league here in Brazil, so I'm creating some exclusive teams for each player, I managed to solve the problem of numbers, kits, everything is right and I managed to locate practically all the files for people to paste in the their files, but I couldn't find which files are saved in the names of the teams, if you could kindly indicate me, I would be very grateful.

what u need is .../Data/loc/*
A db/xml file for each ingame language

I think you're the fool here, because I asked how to change the player to captain, change the penalty and corner taker within cm11. I think we already know what kind of education your parents gave you

Brasileirão Serie A is not updated, as are the shirt numbers of the players "at least for the Palmeiras team"
