You can download files of FO3, extract .big and convert via FIFA Converter pretty easily.
Wow that would be a journey. I'll just check the 41 players instead and if any don't have faces in my game, I'll import from your mod.

Hi, I need help. I paste the patch folders and then regenerate with Creation Master, but when I try the patch I realize that there are teams whose jerseys are wrong and stadiums that appear black, any solution?

two Be A Pro tiles to not break the layout of the original game, there were Captain Your Country and Story of Qualifying

as for the rest, ask Emran, it was he, who build the UI for me (for which I'm very thankful)

It is a simple mistake on my end. The 2nd one was supposed to be "Be a Pro Goalkeeper".
I don't know how to change the font size as I have never done it before but you can change font color with this method:

<data ID="title" TYPE="title" PARAM="CM_HUB_Play_Match" FORMAT="HS|0x252e4e" WIDTH="252" HEIGHT="30" X="12" Y="8" />

Here, inside FORMAT, you can replace 252e4e with a hex color of your own. Be sure to put 0x before the hex color because that's how the game reads color codes. It only changes font color for active state tho. As there is no way to change the inactive state font color.
Also, it will have HS or SS depending on the tile, idk the difference but you have to put that divider thingy before putting the hex code.

I also noticed that in some mods the tile "National teams squads" crashes the game.

And that in WC 2014 theme there are sounds of right stick selection under skill games and arena tiles but nothing is actually being selected?

if you want to remove the tile, just delete the lines for the tile or comment it out using XML comment tag.
I am pretty sure the lower tile is for be a pro gk but its using be a pro player string for it. so put be a pro gk string in the xml file

First of all, they somehow "know" the skin color of the team?
See here, England (2 white subs, 1 black) v Senegal (3 black subs):

Secondly, the texture rx3s just show a grey kit when opened with rx3master, no skin of WC'14/FIFA bib

Hello. Great conversion! Almost identical to the Xbox 360 version. I just found bug that could be fixed. England player (Phil Jones) has a missing head in game.

the hexadecimal codes read the "ethnicy" codes from the db assigned for every team

The transparant parts may be :

1. Shineness map
Similar to hair models


OR


2. coloring
Does the grey kit sometimes appears in different colors ingame?
Then the texture gets colored ingame, with for example the team colors

The transparancy may define then wich parts of the texture isnt colored ingame:
The whole texture gets colored, except for the transparant parts
