ya, they just use the word "flopping" instead.

I seriously hope Deshawn and Lebron duke it out outside of a club or something this summer with LB putting Stevenson through a window or something.

stevenson reminds me of that kid who thinks he's the worlds greatest player, who Carlos*s up shot after shot after shot and misses everything. after finally making one, he makes it seem like he hit the shot that won the championship. and yea, of course he will hit lebron like that with his teammates and refs there. no way he touches him outside on a playground or something.

What I love is that every single time that he's even touched LeBron, LBJ has bounced up immediately as if he was never even touched. I had no idea who this Stevenson guy was, now he's brought all this attention to himself and I pretty much think he's a cancer and would never want him on my team.

Just to get to know this douchbag a little better. From wikipedia:

*He originally committed to the University of Kansas, but decided to enter the NBA directly.

*He is currently in a relationship with R&B star Usher.

*On June 20, 2001, 20-year-old Stevenson was charged with statutory rape. He was accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14 year-old girl from Fresno.

*On draft night, he was involved in a fight with high school basketball teammates.

*During a portion of the 2006-7 NBA season, Stevenson maintained a field-goal shooting percentage of fifty percent, an unusual accomplishment among guards. As a joke, Stevenson stated that he would only speak to other players on the team who were shooting at least fifty percent (only Etan Thomas and Brendan Haywood qualified)and those that enjoyed sex with children, a group that did not even include all star Gilbert Arenas, much to Arenas's amusement. Stevenson also began calling himself "Mrs. LeBron James," which became a running joke among his teammates in the locker room.

*On the early morning of August 20, 2007, a 31-year-old man (Curtis Ruff) was shot and injured at Stevenson's home, following an argument with women that were invited from Destiny's Club in Orlando, Florida. Circumstances of the incident remain unclear."

*After the Wizards were eliminated handily by the Cavaliers, Stevenson issued this public statement thanking James for the All-Star's help in raising Stevensons public profile with the decidedly one-sided feud. "I'd really like to end this whole thing by thanking LeBron for all his help. Everybody knows that controversy is what gets media attention and for a player like me...basically a middle of the road journeyman-type of guy, I need to do anything I can to get my name out there...y'know? This is my job y'all...I gotta get what I can out of it...we all know I ain't gonna be cashing in when I'm 100 off my fame like LeBron will. I mean...America is a great country. Only here could a nobody like myself step on the dick of a future Hall of Famer and have my face plastered all over the world for it...I mean, seriously man...everybody know DeShawn Stevenson now, and I owe it all to The King, for taking the time to respond to a simple 3rd string guard with a dream. God bless alla you and God bless Lebron James."

i just don't get it though. lebron is so much better than this guy it is ridicilous. not to say stevenson doesn't have skill, but i mean you would have to be blind to call out lebron. was he bored? i just don't understand.

Man the Celtics are so flawed, it's ridiculous. They are so inferior at the guard spots that Joe Johnson is looking like MJ in his prime against them at the moment. NOBODY on that team can guard him. I'm amazed at what the Hawks are doing right now but the more I think about it the more sense it makes.

I told you the Hawks were better than they were given credit for. That is a young, hungry team with a ton of talent. Just like the Sixers. Except the Hawks, now that they have Mike Bibby, are solid everywhere, and can create match up problems for every team in the league. The East will be completely up for grabs if the 7 and 8 seeds can pull this off.

Lots of work to do in the off-season for Colangelo.

-Deal TJ, Graham for a solid big man who can crash the boards
-Re-sign Jose, acquire a backup PG
-Send Bosh back to the WNBA
-Fire Mitchell, acquire competent coach

well yes and no. atlanta is better than their record indicated. boston's players have only played together for one year, and it was CLEAR they were not ready to deal with the effort that atlanta put forward. also, joe johnson is a bonafide superstar in this leauge. not lebron and kobe, but second tier. the man has a complete offensive game, and his height creates matchup problems at guard. rondo is solid defensively, but not good enough to guard him. should have had posey guard him the whole game, but every player has one of "those" nights. this was joe johnson's. 20 in the 4th quarter? he does that again i'll wear a favre jersey to my next bears game. boston will recoup, and beat the hawks handily at home. i would think they will come back to atlanta, and beat the hawks again, but i can see it just as well going to game 7. home court matters...

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Whoa, you don't wanna make statements like that when it comes to sports man.

the Suns just shot themselves in the foot the entire 4th quarter... crucial TO after crucial TO after crucial TO. I feel like this was their last shot, how useful will Nash and Shaq be after this year? man, must suck to be a Suns fan right now

Yup, the Suns window just closed with that loss tonight. It's a shame really. I have a feeling D'Antoni will be coaching in Toronto next season.

are you implying that Miller is an inferior PG to Bibby?

imo, Andre Miller>> Bibby interms of running an offense.

lol.

What I like most about Bosh is that he's atleast willing to try and listen to constructive criticism about his game and improve upon those deficiencies.

It saddens me that Rasho wasn't given more burn in the playoffs. He had his most productive couple of months leading up to the post-season and all of a sudden for no ******* discernable reason, he was binded to the bench....WTF?

Bosh is no soaking vagina, man. He was 10th in the league in FT attempts this year and was probably attempting half of our entire team's free throws. He just needs a rugged and hostile big man along side of em who will alleviate a lot of the burden that he carries solely on his shoulders for us.
