atlanta gets demolished. absolutely incredible. they were not the same team i watched the day before. no heart. absolutely no heart. they never even showed up. you can see joe johnson tried, but nobody else wanted to play. josh smith went down a notch in my book. almost like he didn't want to be there. bibby might as well have been the 12th guy on the bench. celtics did not even play that great, atlanta just laid down and let them have it. it was almost like they were satisfied with taking it to game 7, and just said **** it, we're not winning this **** anyway, let them take it.

Rasho has one more year on his contract. He should become a trade asset by deadline next season.

But man, I can't wait to see that retarded face of Primo Brezec's disappearing from my TV screen! Doug Smith calls him "The Gangster"... and damn right a punk ass little hypocritical b!tch he is! Apparently he was celebrating when he heard the news of Sam Vincent getting fired... and did I mention that he threatened to beat up the Orlando mascot?

lol....yeah. Apparently the two didn't get along while he was with the Bobcats. He says that Vincent mistreated him and stunted his development.

I don't really know what to think about D'Antoni coming to Toronto. I honestly don't think he'd make that much of a difference from Mitchell.

Yoss, it seems like Bosh listens to constructive criticism but then he just goes out there and does his usual ****. once he has the ball and calls for the iso, you just know he's either going to take that perimeter jump shot, try to drive but lose the handle like he always does, or blindly drive to the basket, throw his arms up in the air and yell "OHHH!!" and hope he gets the call when 50% of the time there was no foul in the first place. He is a very talented player, but he's just not "franchise" material, he's not the one who's gonna lead this team to any major hauls

hurhurhur. Yeah, you make some good points, bro. He definitely needs to fine tune and expand on his post skills, but at the same time, though, I feel that his progression is being hampered by Sam and the coaching staff. They redundantly run the same unimaginative plays for 'em and they also enable him to settle for easy mid range shots which causes em to be a chucker. What was most disturbing about Bosh's evolvement this season was that he started to broaden his range and attempt threes. I was really shocked to see him releasing it from behind the arc from time to time without any hesitation.

Whenever a player takes a terribly ill-advised shot, I usually put the blame 100% on the coach because a good coach knows his player's limitations inside out and makes sure that they don't go beyond them in the preseason and in practices. He makes sure that he puts them in the most advantageous position possible and I don't think that Sam does a good job of that with his players.

This is why KG didn't win MVP:

MVPs don't get posterized like that.

I like KG just because he is a true (psycho) baller... he is a competitor and wants to win... who dosen't want to see that in sports. Maybe his antics are sometimes annoying but its the price you have to pay..

I don't like the rest of the team because they have this smugness about them.. like they expect to get in the finals, like they consider them-selves special (even the bench players).

I don't mind the hardcore defense they play either, its entertaining to me. Its more intense when teams aren't giving up easy baskets, each basket means that much more.

Hope lakers win tho (San Antonio is the team is despise the most)

The 3 top defensive teams are now playing in the conf finals. Where are the best offensive teams? GS not even in the playoffs, Nuggets, the only team that got swept, and Phoenix out from the first round as well.
Top 3 D Vs Top 3 O
I hope the Lakers win it, and easily, because otherwise..er.. dunno, but it's definitely not a good sign

if the lakers win it this year, they are going to roll to a repeat next year with bynum back

that is why i don't want them to win it this year because they will be the favorites for 2009

I'm gonna jump into the basketball bandwagon since the playoffs actually look pretty intriguing. I think this could be a Celtics/Lakers finals. If it happens I'll watch every single game, because both teams are fun to watch.

Good job, you picked the #1 seed on both sides.

(H) haha

I think the Lakers are the team with the better coach, the best player, the better chemistry so I think the Lakers will win it all even though I did predict the Celtics to beat them in 7 before the playoffs started.
