Agreed Jumbo. MS came and kicked Konami in their lazy arses and as a result will move the series forward, give the existing customer base --that's us! -- an enhaced user experience via Live if we choose to play online, and probably introduce a lot of new people to the series for the first time. It's all good.

Funny how people think it's a badge of honor to dis Xbox. What's the point? It's group-think. Do they really think Bill Gates is gonna take over the world? Go out and buy a Mac and iPod then. I did. But they're missing out on a great, dirt-cheap console, which is about to become even greater when WE8:I is introduced. :rockman:

Han, I was refering to U.S. gamers getting WE8:I on Xbox and Live in 05. The U.S press release announcing WE8 said it would be available on PC and "multiple consoles."

No official Xbox confirmation yet, of course, but that's what I'm betting on.

Han, do us a favor. Work your contact and get us the scoop on a U.S. Xbox version of WE8.

You definitely have a career as a reporter based on your recent work. ;)

LOL :D Thanks for the compliment, but my 'contact', as you put it, works at Konami-Benelux and they don't get info about this, because it's not for Europe.
But I somewhere have seen site that says WE8 will be for the Xbox as well. I let you know if I find it...

WE8 I is being released on the Xbox too. dont know about LIVE play

you simply ain't gonna play it. same with the other people who own a ps2.

the solution is simple: nobody's forcin anybody to buy anythign.

if you wanna play PES4 online you go with the plan, if you don't you don't.... simple as that.

Now I know it is no joke. Different people have seen the game at GameStar Live and the game (70% finished) does really look like that, including the way the icons are ordered and the text 'Play An Exhibition Match or Penalties'.

It is not fair. Not fair that Telstra is so gay that houses 1km away can get broadband and I cannot.

Thus I cannot get Xbox-Live thus it's not worth getting an Xbox to play PES4 online because trust me, I would.

its not because of that but because they only let xbox owners play online while pes was ps2 only all the time. All the loyal ps2 owners are screwed now by konami:kader:
