I won the European Championship with Denmark in 2012. I had a flick through CM and i couldnt locate the results on the way to the final. Ahh well.

Possibly this. Not because it was a big achievement or because the team performed well, as it was an utterly crap season. The last day of the season win though, and a margin of victory giving me a goal difference of +1 over Man United, and therefore the Premiership was Sweeeeeet. Also the winning goal came on 81 minutes.
