Fixed! Missing file tex_NHLLegacy_X360_rx2.py and "import tex_NHLLegacy_X360_rx2" in row 6. There are LoadRgba function in the mdl script and you don't need external script for textures but still included it in the link.

Clear "__pycache__" folder in Noesis/plugins/python and Noesis->Tools->Reload Plugins. I updated the script to view models+textures and textures only. Set Mode 0=textures only 1=model+textures in fmt_nhl_rx2_main.py and reload plugins.

Remove old rx2 scripts and put
fmt_nhl_rx2_main.py, mdl_NHLLegacy_X360_rx2.py and tex_NHLLegacy_X360_rx2.py in plugins/python
