Some questions about FIFA 13

Since it's obviously impossible to play FIFA 09 on a Windows 7 computer and since there seems to be no solution for the problem and help available, I'm doing a survey for a game with which I can replace FIFA 07:

1 Is FIFA 13 comatible with Windows 7 64 bit?

2 Is FIFA 13 compatible with Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 ti with the lastest drivers?

3 Has FIFA 13 a good editor? No malfunctions and such.

4 Is there a WC patch comparable to FIFAmania 09?

5 Is there a way to convert FIFA 09 kits to FIFA 13?

I'm grateful for all help and advice I can get.

I HAVE DONE A CONVERSION OF FIFA 14 TO FIFA 13. THEREFORE< all kits, balls...etc are updated.

you won't have a problem with the 650 ti. I can't tell you how it will run (I have 2 780 Tis and obviously it's very smooth) but my guess would be a 650 should be okay.

There are a couple of editors - they have some issues but less if you're careful about approach. Some good threads on this forum offer advice.

Kits - not easily but you can convert kits, as I understand it. However, they're easily found so I doubt you'd need to convert old ones. Easy to find the ones you need for 13.

I just moved back to PC-based FIFA after years on the Xbox 360 version, since FIFA 10. I switched to that after PC PES but that went downhill. The main advantage of PC over console is much higher quality visuals and obviously the editability of content. I'd recommend 13 but not 14.
