I enjoy these smaller tournament drafts much more than the proper annual draft. I prefer it being directly linked to performances across a tournament than people or FIFA's arbritrary preferences.

Ideally we finish the rounds just before the start of the tourney, no? That way we know the confirmed squads.

Wiki says squad list of 23 players (3 gk) must be picked by 31 May 2016, 10 days prior to the opening match.

I don't think we can trust SG to get through all the picks in 10 days, I think we should start earlier and pick from the provisional squads, then either trying not to pick players who get dropped can form part of the game, or we can allow a round of 'transfers' for players who get cut or ruled out injured after the 31?

We're starting very soon, we all know that the selection rounds always take up more time than they are supposed to...
In case someone drafts a player that doesn't make his NT's squad, will naturally be allowed to pick another player.

Okay, I did read it but I didn't get how the player selecting goes in some ways. I mean if we can pick multiple players from one team, what if the picks clash with someone else(and how you make sure you get them).

And as the tournament progresses, the selected player from that team is to be replaced or something.

There will be a pecking order, so if your turn arrives and a certain player is still available you can pick him. If he got picked before, you have to get a different one.
