Scarfs, Banners and Flags for a team created from scratch

Hi guys could anyone help me to add/assign scarfs, banners and flags for a team created from scratch? I've seen all Rizzaldio's tutorial but at the moment he dosen't explain anything about that. I suppose there is a way to assign them like we de with player.lua for teamkits but I've no idea how to do it. I hope someone could explain me how to do.
