Its actually true, recently they've relaxed the laws slightly I think.

I had a game with a mate on CM00-01, he was Man Utd, for a laugh we bought the Saudi #1 for £80k, once he got too Man Utd his valuation went straghit up too £10m I think it raised to about £17.25m after 8 games too.
