Need help with banners and flags

Hello,
I have made a lot of kits, adboards, flags, banners and mods for fifa 2002 to fifa15.
I have fifa 23 now.
I want to modified some flags and some banners.
Someone can help me to found where and the flags and banners files please?

With fifa editor tool I have found kits in : content_character_kit, but I can't find banners and flags.

Content\Worlds\Banner
Content\Worlds\Flag
etc....

This is obviously for banners already present in the game.
What should I do if I would ADD banners for a team ID not present in the game?
I guess I should add into world/content/banner/texture a banner_X folder, where X is my team ID. I'm on FIFA Editor but I can't do that. Would you be so kind to explain me what should I do?
Is there any tutorial around?
