although goalless that was one of the best matches this season. Coming away from the mega upgraded Whitehart lane club with a point is pretty good although Riise deserved at least one goal with alll those cracking chots. The post one was unbelievable. How bout Cisses first time volley that made robinsons hands break lol. WEell hopefully we start our CL campaign with a glorious win against Betis as that would be awseome. And did you guys hear Joaquin wants a move to uS!!!!!!!!!

I read today on Vodafone Live! that Joaquin wants a move to Anfield, apparently its gonna be happening in January. The article was fairly sparse for details and I can't give a link due to it being a WAP site.

Joaquin.....excuse my blurness but i dont really follow the Liga. But i remember that he was a young star at the 2002 WC....something like the Owen of Spain. Hows he doing now?

Joaquin at the moment is like the 3 times that of stewart downing. He is still young and is described as Betis's most dangerous player and he is the reason why Betis was described as a one man team whicha ll their attacking play is a result from Joaquin. he will be an awsome buy as his crosses are almost perfect well better then any of our wingers crosses ahha. Yeh i agree about his price. Since many clubs interested in him like Chelsea and R.Madrid, his value shall rise. Im so happy that he might not go up against us in our opening champions league match. Betis's other strong players includes the likes of solid defender Juanito, great AM Capi and Ricardo Oliveira brazilian starlet. Come on fellas lets start with a win! Btw did you guys know we'll be versin chelsea twice in a row? Hope our "squad rotation system" that i havnt seen been used that well will help us.

Joaquin just was asked ig he would like to play for Liverpool, and he said something like "yeah why not". That does not mean he wanna leave Betis.

Actually Joaquin is the best Betis player but with bad shape atm, he is slow like crap now cause injuries.

It wasn't a matter of whether or not we could afford Owen. It was more the fact of that it would be the worst idea ever to sepnd almost twice what we sold him for, only a season later too boot!

We need a Right Mid, I'm sure Joaquin would be a good buy, but I think theirs gonna be more of a clearing out during Janurary too.

Isn't Joaquin's price tag trough the roof now due to Chelsea's interest? he would be a good buy though, but I don't see that happening. Rafa isn't keen on overpaying for players and we don't have that much money to spend
