I've got a lighting problem in Firmino's face. Anyone knows how to solve it? when I opened in CM,he looked fine but in game he got weird shadow upder his lips[and it was nothing to do with the texture]

Check the vertices around the chin in blender. Maybe some vertices are overlapping, or are pulled into the model a bit.
