Ok so I just got back from a tournament. It was the final, and we were winning 3-2 and it was nearing the end. I was playing left mid, but dropping back as left back to sort of defend the last 10 minutes or so out...

The ball was bouncing towards the my goal line, and a forward was running onto it. So I cut across and blasted the ball out of sight. The referee ran over to me and said "that's the last time you clear the ball like that." And I said "I'm allowed to clear it how I like thank you" and he replied "You see what happens if you do it again."

A minute later, a similar situation occurs, this time I turn on the ball a little more and it flies about 2 feet above the ground going up the line, and ends up going out at about the halfway line. The referee runs over to me and books me for time wasting.

I felt like knocking some sense into him.

you got nothing on some of the crap i've had to deal with.
one year in section playoffs, my team was playing the worst team in the league, which also happened to be the home town of the section referee coordinator/state representitive. so in the game, one of our AR's was 3 years younger than us, and had a brother playing against us. he disallowed no less than 5 goals we scored.
we lost in the last minute of extra time.

that's some refereeing bulls***.

That's like the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What a dumbass. You should have told him that he was drunk, that happened in one of our matches last season, he got sent off.

If it had been any other game I probably would have done something like that... except it was the final I didn't want to do anything stupid to get our team in trouble you know... but I was worried that if I had to clear it again I'd get a second yellow.

I got sent off for punching one my teamates in the face... You must be thinking: why did Az get so mad he punched his own teammate mid-game? Well, it was an accident, I went to tackle an opposing player, and swung my arm backwards and hit him, he collapsed and the referee sent me off because he thought I punched him on purpose. I don't play for Newcastle, before you ask.

referees plain dont like me. i got "sectioned" just yesterday because i shouted out that he'd kicked me from behind while still running with the ball. i shot miserably wide so he said "it doesnt matter now!" distraught i shouted back at him "yes it bloody does." i need to stop mouthing off it'll cost me soon

also last week i got sinbinned because someone ran into me, tbh the challenge that i made beforehand was bad but not sinbinnable. (btw this is fivaside so sinbins are in ) i suppose maybe it was cause i called the guy i fouled a bald headed bitch cause he accidentally slapped me. meh we won yesterday so i dont care
