HELP Kit File Gone After I created a Mod?

A few days ago, I was Editing the PSG third kit on the FIFA Editor tool, and made it into a mod. At one point I restarted my computer, and the game updated. Because of the update, the mod I made would not work. So I went back into the Editor tool and the file did not show up? Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
